Belinda Lin, CFO

Belinda focuses her practice in civil litigation and counsels clients in the areas of personal injury, general liability, and public entity representation both in the prosecution and defense of matters. She consistently delivers favorable outcomes for her clients in an expeditious and resourceful manner.

From her experience at a large international law firm, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe with a global presence to a mid-sized local law firm, Porter Scott with a regional presence, Belinda developed her passion and directed her focus toward the area of practice she currently emphasizes – personal injury, general liability, and public entity representation matters.

To gain a different perspective toward a balanced approach to advocate for her clients’ interests, Belinda also worked as an insurance claims handler where she was quickly and progressively promoted to handle high exposure claims given her legal background and mental aptitude.

She handled bodily injury claims involving personal motor vehicles, semis and tractor trailers, buses, and waste management trucks, and highly sensitive and often publicized public entity defense matters for the Regents of the University of California.

Belinda’s background gives her the skills necessary to achieve the best possible results for her clients.  Her fundamental understanding of the claims process and civil litigation provides a solid framework for her to evaluate and advocate her clients’  interests with a logical approach in an efficient and cost effective manner.

She was admitted to practice in California in 1999. During law school, Belinda was awarded the American Jurisprudence award. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a double major earning a B.A. in Anthropology and Psychology.
