William C. Ocken, Senior Counsel

Bill concentrates his practice in civil litigation involving general liability, personal injury, construction defect, employment, subrogation and professional liability matters. He also has experience in appellate law and motion practice both in state and federal courts.

He has extensive experience in insurance claims having worked as a claims handler in general liability and complex construction defect cases for 20 years before obtaining his license to practice law.

Bill was admitted to the California Bar in 1994 and earned his J.D. from Lincoln Law School in 1992.  He earned his B.A. in Government with a Minor in Anthropology from Sacramento State University.  He is also admitted to practice in the Eastern, Northern, and Central District Courts.
